$70k to invest -want to jumpstart my REI career
1st post in BP - I close (selling) on my current owner-built house next Friday, and will have approx $70k to invest. Want to owner-build again, but what would you do with the money? Buy and hold is my long-term plan .... thanks! Location Eastern Washington
