House Turret / Conical Roof Update Ideas

Hello Community,

I wanted to get some opinions on a Turret and Conical Roof that needs TLC. As you can see, it has been subjected to the elements for many years. Posting in the DYI Section in order to get others opinions. 

Does anyone have direct experience with residing such a structure? Indirect knowledge would help as well.

I've had a few GCs provide soft bids, and I invite other GCs that may come across this thread to contact me if interested. Located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. 

Cliff Notes:

Turrent/Conical Roof needs residing. Ideas?
