Who's done a Bathroom in basement below waste line?
Hey BP I'm doing some work in the basement and in talking to the plumber he said there is a few ways to do this ejector pump, macerating pump. He prefers an ejector pump with a tank.
Anyone have experience with this in a rental over a few years?
Looking for a heads up on maintenance issues, clogs etc.
Also what's your typical bathroom cost on this?
My standard tub shower combo with vanity and toilet runs 4500 all in. This is looking like 6k. I trust my guy but just looking for other points of view.
