Adding value to a kitchen
I'd like to add value to a kitchen of one of my properties. I"m not looking for a complete makeover costing thousands but just a few new features. Besides appliances, what would everyone recommend? Cabinets are good so that leaves flooring, counters, sink, light fixtures, etc. Thank you in advance for your advice.
