Residential real estate.
You have to go online to DPBR, sign in, and schedule at one of their test centers. Your school can get you started.

You have to take a 60 hour prelicensing class in order to qualify for the test, unless you have a four year degree in real estate. You can do this through the Real Estate School in Tallahassee. The class is available online or in class. After completing the class, running background checks (DBPR tells you how to do on their website) and submitting your application to DBPR, DBPR will qualify you to test. The exam can be taken at Pearson Testing Center. They are located near the prison on Capital Circle close to Park.
Ok, Thank you so much Maria!
