Details I might forget in rehabbing

What details do you fear forgetting during rehab? I have a can of spray foam sitting out to foam between the sheetrock and slab before installing baseboard. I am also considering watering down some paint and painting the wood subfloor on the second floor to seal in drywall dust. Just a whitewash because it is impossible to mop plywood like I do cement slabs. Also, does anyone redguard a plywood subfloor in bathrooms? I always fear I will forget something until it is too late...can’t foam insulate once the baseboards are in. I have plenty of rehab regrets but luckily my memory is so bad I forget them...one I remember is not adding 3 small inoperable windows between studs at the top of a tub surround in a bathroom without natural light. Exterior was siding so it would have been easy as we were down to the studs replacing the tub surround. Oh well.
