Removing the Smell of dead body

So found a great investment house 34k purchase appraisal 115k. Problem is the home was owned by a hoarder who passed away in the home. Person was also not found for 12 days so body decayed inside the home. To add to that while the house was being cleared out they found 12 dead animals. So I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this or knows how much $$$$ it would take to get rid of this smell.
