Vinyl in Bathroom & Kitchen
Just bought a single family in Redding, CA, replacing the flooring prior to renting it out. I'd like consistent flooring throughout as it is an older home with 2 additions, so I think being consistent with the flooring will help with the overall appeal. I'd like to do a mid-range vinyl plank that has been recommended repetitively on BP, but my handyman voiced some concern over that product in the kitchen and bathrooms, in case of a leak that isn't addressed in a timely manner. Not loving sheet linoleum or vinyl, don't want to spring for tile. Any recommendations?
