Looking for our first property to Brrrr
Currently we are rehabbing our house and going to refi soon. With the equity we get we will looking to find our first deal. Excited to get going on this new phase in our lives.
In the meantime I'm running an electrical contracting business (saving a big chunk of cash there). Having been in the industry for over 20 yrs now I've seen and done a lot of things. For a longtime I new real estate was my destiny but didn't know in what form. The brrrr method definatly is my pathway at least for now.
Don't have just one question rather I have many? For now though I just wanted to put myself out there into the bp world.
