Finding a job in real estate right out of college
I’ve recently finished college and took a job in logistics. I’ve had a desire for real estate and have my pre-licensure certification. I am really struggling to find a starting point for real estate. My future goals are investing in rental properties and working toward passive income. I think starting a career in real estate would be very beneficial in learning and developing my skills. I feel like I’m wasting time with my current job because I am not passionate to learn the business and put in the time to be successful. I think jump starting my career in real estate now is the best way to set myself up in the future.
