We inherited this tenant when we bought the place. She just moved out and left what looks like everything behind. Figured everyone would want to see the before and after pics. This is a West Side Apartment in the city of Buffalo

@Eileen Murray to say the least! She had three huskies living there and was not big on cleaning. We had to open all of the windows in the middle of winter to air the place out, the smell was worse than the mess, LOL

Final renovation is complete. Project took 10 days longer than expected but, we are very pleased with the end result. Only a few things left to do
-Install appliances
-Open shelving added above counter tops near kitchen sink
-New light covers throughout
-Couple other minor details.
Looking forward to hearing any feedback.

Wow, you chose great finishes! That place looks awesome. Where about on the West Side? I'm doing a similar renovation to a 4 unit building on West Ave, I'm glad to see others investing in the area. What kind of rent prices are you anticipating?

@Eric Winstanley This is on Niagara St right by the new D'Youville building. It is also a four unit. This was the last apartment to renovate so we now have a pretty nice building. We were getting $550 from the tenant we inherited. I am thinking we are going to be somewhere around $1100-$1200 for this unit. We are hoping to get students.
Its a two bedroom so that could pose a minor issue but... one of the nicest apartments in the area and ready for spring renters.
Thanks

Looks great. I like the look of pot lights in the soffit over the sink. Heck of a turnaround!

Looks awesome. Boob light above the kitchen sink seems a liitle out of place, would have done a third pot light instead. I’d rent it if I was student up there.

@William Roman Thank you!
@Michael P. I think you are right. We over looked this detail. Should have changed that light as well.
