Rehab Estimate Costs
I am looking to purchase a home in the Ft Lauderdale, FL area and am wondering what is a good estimate to do a complete 2000 sq/ft home remodel. I am going to want to change the flooring and the kitchen and possibly the bathrooms as well. I am also looking at a home that only has 2 bedrooms and am curious what the cost to add a 3rd or even a 4th bedroom. Also, if anyone knows a good and reliable GC that would be helpful as well.
