Rehabbing a property in Baltimore Md.

Hello BP Pros, 

I am rehabbing a property in Baltimore and it is one of the old old townhouses.  The house has a Hugh oil tank in the basement. Is there anyone here from the area or who invest in the area and can recommend someone who can remove the oil tank for a reasonable price?  I would appreciate any assistance you may provide.
