Hey BP fam,
I just received my very first inspection report on a triplex. Since I have ZERO experience assessing one, would someone be willing to put an extra pair of eyes on it? I am interested to know a few things:
1.) Is there anything I should be alarmed about?
2.) Is there anything needing immediate attention upon purchase?
3.) If there IS something need immediate attention, how much would that fix TYPICALLY run?
Thank you BP fam!
Your agent should be a second pair of eyes and if you were present during the inspection it is likely the inspector would have told you verbally about any major issues while you were there. But if you post it here someone will take a look.
