Need a contractor recommendation

I’m looking at a property I will either flip or BRRRR in the S/W Indianapolis area (Morgantown,IN). I need a quality contractor who can handle mold, walls, and floors etc. It’s the mold I’m mostly concerned with. Anyone use and/or trust someone they can recommend that wIll work in thIs area? Property is a 2/1.5 SFR with a den (possibly a 3rd bedroom?). Thanks!
