Hey BP, I’m in the planning phase for single family development in Dallas,TX. Can my Texas Agents/Developers/Investors/Flippers tell me about areas to target? Cost of land? Cost to build a 1800-2000 sq ft home? Recommendations for Builders in Texas? Typical project durations? Days on market of New Construction? Anything to watch out for ?
