How to renovate an occupied unit?
I would like to renovate the units in my fully rented 3 family. Just to renovate, make it so there are less repairs down the road and increase the rent. Rent in my area is increasing and i don’t feel like i should increase my long term tenants rent because i haven’t updated any of their units. It cash flows every month but i don’t if it would be a good idea to try and squeeze more money out since the market keeps going up.
Any thoughts?
