@Simon Obas you’re welcome. it would do a lot of good to join “new britain talk”, CT RE investors, “i am a new britain landlord”, etc. on facebook. i saw a lot of posts today about plowing.

@Simon Obas Most legit licensed and insured snow removal contractors in this area send their contracts out to their clients from about Oct 1-Nov 15. Keep that in mind when reaching out to people on Facebook groups, etc. 

I would only use people at this point who are direct referrals from people you trust. For instance, if @Ryan Deasy is saying someone is good they are so go with that. 

We had such a tough time finding reliable snow contractors that 2-3 years ago we actually started a business removing snow from our driveways and our management clients parking lots/driveways. It’s not a huge money maker but at least we know it is getting done the right way.

@Michael Noto i agree 100% with you. @Simon Obas i hope you can find someone decent but yes you should be looking for someone months in advance.

even the guy i always work with, i messaged him 6-8 weeks ago to make sure we are on track. i also sent him pictures of my driveway expansions since the last time he plowed to ensure he knows what he is working with.

Hi @Ryan Deasy .  Where can I find that “New britain talk” group?  Is it a Facebook page or a private group in BP?    I am primarily in the New Haven area but have a colleague that is a landlord in New Britain.
