How much would it cost me to build a fourplex in Austin TX

Hello all,
Curious to know how much I would be looking to spend to build a fourplex in Austin TX.
This is minus the cost of land, as I believe that is a huge variable and is dependent on proximity to the downtown area.

Wow....that is crazy compared to 80 to 120 that I saw last year.

@Daniel Lioz may be cheaper down your way. I haven't heard under $150 for a few.

@Rilwan Lawal I have seen similar quote of $170-190 per square foot with basic contractor grade finishes.
