Buy fix and hold with private financing.
Greetings everyone,
First off, the first place I feel comfortable expressing any opportunity I have would be BiggerPockets. I feel sure but I want to feel safe in my next investment. So, with that being said I would love to find a multifamily investment “needing some work or some renovations” nothing major (I might have one in mind). I would like to use private financing. I really think it would be a good way to create value with an investment, I live in Florida and I want to explore a little further north. I guess my question would be, if I needed to secure a real estate investment rehab project with a market analyst, financing, legal structure, construction, providing insurance, and pre-leasing the project, would there be other ways of implementing a secure investment project? By the way I understand many things could go wrong i just want to have resources to prove to my partner (my mother) that I know how navigate.
