Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment in Washington.

Purchase price: $245,000
Cash invested: $95,000
Sale price: $463,000

First-ever fix and flip project. As a new investor, this project was fun but challenging at the same time. Covid-19 slowed down our permitting process but in the end, we managed to sell the house at a profit. Great opportunity to learn and get into the business!

For all new investors out there, please get started because the learning experiences that you get from your first project are priceless, and the risk of not taking that first step is TOO BIG!
