Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in New Britain.
Purchase price: $103,000
Cash invested: $6,750
This was my first experience with real estate investing. It is a two family home with a four car garage located in New Britain, CT. I chose the route of FHA financing and utilized the first time home buyer loan option.
