What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The number worked to cashflow as a rental.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
MLS deal. Pretty standard negotiation. Talked the seller down about $6,000 and closing costs.
How did you finance this deal?
USDA Loan. First time homebuyer. Zero Down and 5% interest on a 30yr fixed rate.
How did you add value to the deal?
Cosmetic only. Paint, fixtures, hardware, etc.
