Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Williamston.
Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $10,000
How did you finance this deal?
VA low interest loan
How did you add value to the deal?
I live in one side while the other pays my mortgage.
What was the outcome?
So far so good.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
Taxes are high on investment property.

how's your rental going? are you having any trouble finding good tenants? i am buying a 3br 1bath brick ranch in williamston to hold as a rental. i own a 2br flip house in williamston as well. look forward to hearing from you.
