Purchase price: $109,000
Cash invested: $29,500
Duplex. Receiving $1,470 in monthy rent
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
First home was a single family. Duplex makes more ROI.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
MLS.
How did you finance this deal?
Conventional loan
How did you add value to the deal?
Minor repairs. $1200 worth
What was the outcome?
Doing good. Still receiving rents

Looks good Dustin! It’s a little interesting that they don’t have paved driveways, but I’m thinking that’s not uncommon for the area.
