Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Woodbridge.
Purchase price: $327,000
Cash invested: $26,000
This is a home I purchased with my VA entitlement in July 2018. Coming up on my 1 year and will rent this one oout once I sell the property in Chesapeake this summer (hopefully).
Still have entitlement left on my VA which I will use to purchase another property to live in for a couple of years.
