2bed 2 bath @ 1700 sq ft...sounds to me you can open it up to a 4bed...purely just looking at the sq footage.  Congrads by the way

Jay, Exactly what we're planning to do.  Space upstairs will make a great master suite and adjacent smaller bedroom.
