@Ugochukwu Opara I would like to partner with people who are familiar with areas outside of my state like Philadelphia. My hope is to partner with them to provide housing for lower income areas.

I am looking to provide capital for rehabs in exchange for an equity position and cash flow. I was super inspired by Ashley Hamilton's episode (BP 333 I believe) and would love to be another source of economic empowerment for lower income communities by becoming a lord of my land as Jay Morrison says.
