We then get the house to it's HIGHEST VALUE then we SELL it for them at TOP DOLLAR.

How did you add value to the deal?
I actually put up my OWN INVESTOR MONEY at NO upfront cost to the homeowner and we are INCREASING the value of their home.
I also provide the Contractor which can be very hard to find the right one.
Last but not least I am taking away the stress and worry of finding the right Realtor to sell the house for TOP DOLLAR because WE DO that as well.

What was the outcome?
The Homeowner is AMAZED at how we were able to bring in ALL THE MONEY, do a joint venture and give her money up front in the amount of $50,000, bring in the Contracting team to do all the rehabbing, send her on a 8 DAY 7 NIGHT COMPLIMENTARY VACATION on US, and Sell her house for them at TOP DOLLAR where they get the LUMP SUM!$
