My first flip! Lots of sweat equity and quite the learning experience! I netted $14,000!

Looks great! This house looks very much like one Of the first houses my partner and I renovated. 600 square feet. We kept it as a rental. I think this is the prudent way to start; don’t have to be flashy but make a profit.
