First multi-family purchase

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $91,000
Cash invested: $45,000

This property was my first ever investment before the BRRRR strategy was so widely known. I say that because I could have taken my money back out and repeated at a much faster pace. Also, all of the renovation funds were my cash. I was unaware of hard money lenders at the time.

Brian using Hard Money can definitely assist in this process and the BRRRR is such a great strategy to employ. I'm assuming you are using a HML now, if not I may know a company that can be of assistance
