2% tenant in common ownership with family in single family residence. Bought in 2015 and sold in 2020 for a 47% gain.

@Armand P. this is a one in a million deal that I have not wasted my time finding. Stick to the basics and go after 1% Rent-to-Value Ratio in areas like Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets.
