What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
There is a new casino with horse racing coming to town. Recent big businesses investing in the area as well as a large military community. I also had tenants lined up already who were friends.
How did you finance this deal?
Conventional financing on the personal side
What was the outcome?
Property still being held, performing.
