Sale price: $290,000
Found this property when D4D & noticed a dumpster out front. Stopped by to talk to a man and found out they were looking to sell but home was not in MLS Listing condition. I offered my help to get them a dumpster for a few more days, built a relationship, and had a contract signed within 3 days. House sold the same day it was sent out for full asking price.
Lesson learned here as always. Offer your time, build real relationships and the process becomes that much easier.
