Hi all!

I am getting into my first BRRRR but curious about how to find someone to partner up with seeing as I know a lot about it but have not done it myself.

Any advice is appreciated!

Hi Ace, do you have any local agent connections?  Local agents who work with other investors are a great resource to get referrals for equity/debt partners on deals.

 Hi Justin,

For this particular deal I would just need an investor as I already have off market deals coming through.

Thanks for the input on this!

@Ace Kaspar Visit your local REI groups. There are many groups that meet across the country. Some post here on the Bigger Pockets Marketplace. Many post on meetup.com. Even facebook will have some. Networking is always a great practice and you never know who you might meet there and what good information they have to share.
