Being new to real estate investing I am seeking advice on how to start flipping contracts or wholesaling properties for a quick buck. I work in an industry that puts me in front of multiple distressed properties every week. Consequently I am seeking help in finding educational resources or investment outlets for these properties. I am open to any suggestions or partnerships.

Hi Jay, if you haven't connected with a local real estate investor group, I would suggest networking there first. If you click on the "network" tab at the top, you'll see any upcoming events in your area. Bring any potential deals to the group and they can help you out. Everyone is always looking for deals so you'd be a great addition to the group!
