Hi @Jeremy Rivera   I'm from the Bridgeport Area. I haven't began investing but just looking for people to network with if your interested

@christinesantos thats great! Always looking to network

@Raymond B.  , I about to close on a code in North Haven.  Aside from the killer taxes up there, what is the deal with Connecticut real estate?  There seem to be a lot of potential deals but little investor interest (it seems).  Any thoughts on the New Haven area for rentals as well?

@Andraise Scott ,

Here are some facts about Ct.:

Highest gasoline taxes in the lower 48 States.

Yearly State Income Tax.

For the last 15+ years, more people have been leaving the State, than Moving in.

Only certain areas of New Haven might produce a decent return on an Investment.

North Haven is just South of where I live in Ct.

I'm going to send you a PM, as I'm curious where in North Haven you getting a Condo.
