I'll be attending my first real estate investors club meeting on Wednesday, and just wanted to get some feedback on a few things:
1) What questions should I be asking?
2) Should I set a goal to interact with a specified number of investors who already do the type of deals I'm looking to do?
3) What behaviors should I avoid?
4) How should I dress?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
All REIA clubs are differant. As a general rule dress is casual. You will have contractors coming directly from job sites as well as lawyers in suits. Try to aim in between those two options.
Try to avoid committing to any expensive mentor program until you see what the real value of the program is.
Ask a lot of questions and network with a bunch of people. You never know who will be valuable to you in the future.
To your success

Thanks for the advice! I'm a little nervous but I'll keep everything you said in mind and give an update on how things went on Thursday :)
