Buyers agent in Jacksonville FL JAX

Hello,

Looking to work with an investor friendly Realtor that is experienced with HUD homes, REOs, and foreclosures. Interested in a SF that needs rehab. Cash buyer. Will be flying into JAX December 8 and returning on the 12th. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
