Investor friendly brokerage

Hi, My name is John Lewis and I just passed my exam to become an agent in Houston, Texas. Not only do I want to work in the traditional real estate world of buying and selling but I also wanted to work with investors! If I could I would like to just pay a flat transaction fee if possible, but that isn't as important if not possible. So if anyone knows of a brokerage I can have sponsor me and hold my license that could cover those bases please let me know!!! Thanks
