I am fairly new to REI and would love any advice Colorado REI's can provide. I currently live in Golden and am most interested in buy & hold strategies within ~1 hour of Golden. Here are the main questions I have for any Colorado REI's out there:
Have you seen any areas around Denver containing more "high potential" properties (what they are priced at vs what they could rent for)?
What tools do you use to shop for properties?
What tools do you use to determine what a property could rent for?
What are your "minimum" factors to consider a property? (cap rate, roi, etc)
