Any investors out there currently investing in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia? Currently have a 4/2.5 2,200 sqft house under contract and my previous buyer’s lender fell thru and need to close in a week! ARV $670k-$680k Repairs $25k-$30k rent / $60k flip
