Real Estate Investors Near Toledo, Ohio

Hey all,

I'm just getting started in real estate and I'm wondering if anyone had numbers on their properties within the Toledo, OH region. I'm looking for operating expenses, vacancy rates,  typical cap rates, and MIRR's. I won't be investing for a while but I think it'd be useful to do some hands-on  learning by comparing properties well before I get started investing.
