Western colorado flipping/rental market
My father and I are looking to start a company and build a knowledgable team based around flipping houses and managing long term rentals in western colorado. It's a much smaller market than the front range so I would love to connect with other investors in the area and hear of their experiences. Also, searching for a great real estate attorney and CPA that has experience working with real estate investors.
