Townhouse Builder? Maryland

Jessica Prince
Posted

Hi everyone,

I am new to this and exploring my (very competitive) options in Maryland. I am running the gammit on buying single townhouses to BRRR, SFH, commercial options, Vacation Rentals, and building townhouse complexes. The level of competition is deterring and leaving me struggling to get started. My most recent idea was to build a few townhouses and either sell or rent them.

I found some land that would potentially be a good use for townhomes and was wondering if anyone knows of who I could contact to get information about building.  All I can find are custom home builders that don't seem to want townhouse complex business.

The lots that I am considering are zoned properly, in residential areas, and either have access to very close water/sewer, or already have an existing structure that would come down for this.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
