Plan: Our contractors are going to renovate a brand new kitchen and update the home prior to closing with a new buyer. This is a PENTHOUSE listing in a great area of CITY, that will rent well and refinance well, and continue to appreciate for years to come.

Timeline: 90 days

1st March to 15th April Construction.

2 weeks finishing/staging/marketing.

30 day closing.
