Good Evening BPers,
I'm currently working to produce a pamphlet or ebook (5ish pages) for distressed sellers. It will walk distressed sellers through their options on selling their homes (traditional sale, FSBO, foreclosing, etc.) and will include an option to sell their home to me. To download the ebook there will be the traditional squeeze page. My goal is to very transparently lay out each one of these options to educate the seller (even if they don't choose to sell with me, I would like the ebook to provide them value and guidance). I'm working to compile the figures, links, and numbers I will be including, but I am having trouble writing the "copy." I can write technical letters and reports all day, but could use some inspiration on how to write a little more interestingly/creatively. I have looked around on the internet for articles and as with most internet searches that include terms dealing with home seller education, the information I'm finding is garbage (misleading and poorly written). I am not looking to plagiarize a document, but just read a few examples of this being done responsible/effectively to provide inspiration and guide my ebook's tone.
If anybody has read any articles or ebooks recently that educates an uninformed seller, please post below. I realize this is a very specific question, so any help is much appreciated.
@Kyle J. I will send you a private message shortly with some help.
