Probate versus vacant property letters

Hi,

I am curious. Would it be appropriate to send the same letters to executors in probate as to vacant house leads? Just a very generic 'I want to buy your house' letter? Or is it better to be very specific in each of those areas?

Thanks for any and all advice.

@Linda Crandell  I personally think that letter will do jus as well as any other letter. If they are ready to close a deal then all you have to do is make that first contact. If you don't have one think about creating a RE website that would make this process 100X more effective.
