I'm getting ready to send out a direct mail campaign to properties with tax liens 2 years and older. Does anyone have any advice/experience with the verbiage of the letter? Do you mention the lien in the letter or just a more generic "I want to buy your house" type letter?
@Chip Williams I wouldn't even go in saying "I want to buy your house" Personally will have my webs filled with tons of information on Tax Liens, and how yo can help reseals it. Doing it in this fashion will increase the response rate.
You should test side by side mentioning the lien and not mentioning the lien and see which performs better.
thanks @ Ned Carey. I may try that.
