Not having a company

Since I'm just getting started into wholesaling, I am wondering how much it matters that I will be advertising myself as "Chesapeake Home Buyers" or some sort of company name, but I will be putting the contract down in my name.

Could any problems arise or come of this?

Or am I just worry about stuff.
